During your personal training journey you will not only feel better within yourself physically and mentally, but you will also improve your movement patterns and posture. You will learn the correct techniques of many movements safely, whilst developing strength and every month your training programme will be advanced dependant on the progress you have made.
We use a state of the art personal training app which you will have access to once you sign up. It will be the hub were you will have everything in one place. Your nutrition plans, your training programmes, your photos, your weight tracker and much more.
Every weekend you will receive a check in form to fill out to review the past week and you will receive written feedback to ensure you know how well you have done and what needs to be done to reach your coming week goals.
The main thing to know is that you are paying for RESULTS. You will tell us your goals and we will show you the path on not only how to get there, but to achieve long term SUSTAINABLE results.
