Natasha Kostalas has been weight training for 5 years. After her physical and mental health took its toll in her previous career as a teacher of 10 years, she found the love of lifting and began training with her sibling Anton. 

 

Natasha underwent a muscle building phase for about 2 years, learning all the fundamentals of strength training and nutrition. 

 

Her passion soon led her to competing in Miami Pro and Pure Elite in 2019, placing 5th and 4th in 2 of her categories. 

 

Having been an individual who once allowed stress and an inactive lifestyle to affect her physical and mental health, Natasha loves helping women and men build confidence in not only achieving the body they have always wanted but incorporating lifestyle changes to maintain that physique for life, whether fat loss or muscle/strength building. Having done both phases, Natasha maintains to live and breathe training and relishes in helping others to achieve what they once believed to be impossible.

IF YOUR GOAL IS PERFORMANCE, STRENGTH/MUSCLE BUILDING:

 

Ladies, this does not mean you will get "big" or "bulky." Believe it or not, it can take a couple of years to build some serious muscle, especially with the right amount of calories. I have worked with postpartum women wanting to get rid of back pains, women who want to experience feeling stronger, especially for their mental health, and women who were complete beginners to weight training and just wanted to build confidence in the gym. Whatever your reason for wanting to get strong, you will learn the right techniques in compound exercises to build over time as well as understanding the right nutrition to be successful to get that "toned" physique. Never underestimate a building phase; the more muscle mass you gain, the leaner you will look. 

 

IF YOUR GOAL IS FAT LOSS:

The majority of clients I work with want to lose weight, but the reality is that a lot of people always fail because they feel they have to starve themselves or do something drastic like eliminate carbs, cut out food groups, or consume unhealthily low calories, which often leads to binging and a vicious cycle of undereating and overeating. 

 

If this is your goal, I will ensure you will succeed with a balanced diet that fits into your lifestyle in order that you become educated to keep it off for life. If you want to undergo this phase, you will understand that successful fat loss is a long term goal and not a quick fix. Rather it is incorporating good daily habits so you adopt a more flexible approach to dieting. You will become more educated with nutrition and coinciding with the training, will change your relationship with food as well as your habits and mindset, in order to get the body you've always dreamed of. 

 

Having done both phases, I look forward to helping you kickstart your fitness journey and being there every step of the way, whatever your goal. You will experience something more than just a transformation of your body.
