  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You must notify us 24 hours before your PT session if you would like to cancel, otherwise you will be charged. In the case of emergency there may be exemptions.
  • Do I have to sign a contract?
    For 1:1 PT yes, you sign a contract with us. Online Training is a 90 day programme, but you do not sign a contract.
  • How long am I tied in? e.g. What if my financial circumstances change, or I want to quit?"
    Depending on the package you choose for PT you will be contractually committed to a time frame, but this depends on the package you go for.
  • What are the prices?
    There are various packages. For our online programme it starts from £299 and with PT that depends on the package you are interested in, which will be discussed in your consultation.
  • How does payment work?
    Payment is done through our app and functions the same as a Direct Debit.
  • How long will it take for me to see results?
    It really depends on your goal and the frequency at which you train. The more consistent you are, the quicker you will see results. Either way, patience is a must. Long term success is adopting a lifestyle approach and not a quick fix mentality.
  • Do I need to purchase equipment?
    This depends on your goal and your ability. We highly recommend either having access to a gym or some equipment such as a few kettlebells/dumbbells. If you have access to a gym, then there is no need to purchase your own.
  • What if I only want a nutrition plan?
    We do not provide any one-off nutrition plans at the moment, but this may change in the future.
  • What support will I get?
    Again, it depends on your package. For Private and Elite packages you get the full support, including weekly check-ins and direct messaging with our coaches.
  • Will I have to be a member of a gym?
    This depends on your goal but for quicker results, it is vital you have access to equipment in order to weight train effectively.
  • How often will I need to train?
    We recommend a minimum of 2-3 days a week. For faster results, anything between 4-5 days a week is sufficient.
  • What will my plan look like?
    This will depend on your goal and ability. We create bespoke plans to suit you.
  • Can I train with you in person?
    Yes you can, even if you purchase just the online package. Bear in mind Online Clients will only be able to have a one-off session at a price. Otherwise, you can upgrade to 1:1 Personal Training if you wish to train with us.
  • I've never done strength training before, is it safe?"
    Yes. The access to the app shows you how to do each exercise correctly. Also, as training plans are tailor made, we would never put anything in your plan that we knew you couldn’t do! We also encourage online clients to send us videos of them doing specific exercises they are unsure about, in order for us to give more feedback.
  • Will I have to stop drinking/smoking?
    We only encourage a healthy lifestyle and smoking and drinking in excess are not good for your body. If you are a smoker and a drinker we will set you goals that steer you in the right direction to minimise and hopefully eliminate depending on the individual.
