After your initial consultation as completion of your lifestyle questionnaire your plans will then be planned based off the following:

- Your goals if it is fat loss or muscle building


- Nutritional plans or macros based off the foods YOU decide you want included


- Current fitness levels and training experience


- Your current work / life schedule


- The timeframe you have to reach your goal

Your coach will assess your movement patterns on all your compound lifts and make sure that your form is correct before moving on to improving your lifts. Every session we want to see progression and your PT will make sure every session there is a form of a progression and by the time it comes to your monthly review then you will see what you have achieved and what is expected going forward
